Add the stops on your trip and your dates. For each stop the planner shows the average weather for those months, public and school holidays inside your dates, daylight, how busy that month was in 2025, and the rules that apply. 286 places in Europe and Japan. Your plan stays in your browser.

What the planner shows
- Weather: averages for 1991 to 2020 at the weather station on each place's weather page. Averages, not a forecast.
- Public holidays inside your dates, from each country's official list (2026 and 2027), and school holidays for Austria, Belgium (Flanders), Croatia, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia and Zurich.
- How busy: the month's share of 2025 visitor nights, from the country or prefecture page. An even spread would be 8.3% a month.
- Daylight on the 15th of the month, from the weather page.
- Rules: Schengen days for the whole trip (see the 90/180-day calculator), roaming, the euro, emergency numbers, price levels and the checklist items for your route.
Your own plan
Add your own notes for any day. The planner does not suggest things to do: it shows what our guides can back with an official source, and what you write. Export the trip to your calendar, print it, save it as an image or share it as a link.
What you save or type here stays in your browser on this device. It is not sent to us, and there is no account. If you clear your browser's site data, it is gone, so keep a share link or download a backup. When our cookie notice is shown and you accept it, a script from Travelpayouts, our affiliate network, runs on our pages too; like any script on a page, it can see the page. See privacy.
How sharing works
- Link. Your list is packed into the link itself, after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to our server, so we never see it. Anyone you give the link to sees what is in it, notes included.
- Image. Saves a picture of your list to your device, to post or send anywhere.
- Email and apps. Opens your own email app, or WhatsApp, Telegram or X, with the link filled in. On a phone, Share opens your phone's own share menu with every app you have.
- Backup. Downloads a small file you can load again later, on this or another device.
We left out a Facebook button: Facebook may show our page address without the part after the #, which would drop your list. Share the image there instead, or use your phone's share menu.
What the planner cannot tell you
- Opening hours, prices, travel times or what is on: we have no official source for them.
- Holidays beyond 2027, or regional and local holidays: the lists are national.
- The weather on your dates: averages describe 30 years, not next month.
Key takeaways
- Every fact in the planner links to the page it comes from.
- Weather figures are 30-year averages, not forecasts.
- What we would skip: any plan built on a holiday list without checking whether a holiday is national or regional.

Each linked guide lists its own sources. See how we research.
The planner adds only date arithmetic: which holidays fall inside your dates, and day counts.
